Perfect Cape getaway! I stayed at Falmouth Tides with a few friends for a girls’ weekend. The room was spotless! The a/c is quiet and works well. The bed was comfy, and the shower pressure was fine. The property is right on the beach. We didn’t purchase anything from the food truck, but it was cute. There’s a rooftop deck for drinks and watching the sunset. I would suggest water shoes if you’re planning on going in the water as the shoreline is a bit rocky. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay! The property provides loungers and umbrellas for guests too! I’ll be back!

The tides is a sweet little getaway on the beach. My kids have never been to a hotel before, so this was a new and exciting experience for them. The room was incredibly clean and had cute little coastal touches that gave it that quintessential Cape Cod vibe. The beach is right outside and we enjoyed falling asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean and waking up to it as well. My kids first stay away from home was incredibly memorable and I owe it to the Tides for making that possible.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible service and beautiful ambiance of this hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a cozy, luxurious feel. We loved the little details, like the sea salt caramel chocolate in the room and the complimentary welcome drink. The location is ideal — right in Falmouth, but tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The hotel’s little Blue food truck was convenient and the coffee was 10/10. We were also really impressed with the hotel amenities, the paddle boards, the bikes, & the rooftop deck with breathtaking views. The fire pits and smores finished our day. It’s the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous beach views! Very nice and clean rooms, record player in room is a cute touch. Nice little balcony/patio for each room. Super easy parking (assigned spots by room #). I was here off-season so it was pretty quiet. Walls are a bit thin between rooms, I would probably pay the extra for a corner suite if I'd known this. Could hear my "neighbor" coughing throughout the night but luckily nothing more than that!

Had the most amazing experience here! Walked into the most beautiful view and room. So clean and beautifully decorated. The private beach is so nice. So many great accommodations. Close to everything. Will definitely be back!

Lovely motel on the coast. Room was very clean, beds were comfy & we had a sea view which was lovely. Bathroom was freezing, that's the only downside.

My friend and I had an amazing two-day stay at this hotel during the week of July 4th. The room was spotless and the staff, especially Sierra at the front desk, were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, with direct access to the beach. On the rooftop, we enjoyed stargazing and in the morning, we went paddle boarding. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves was truly a dream.

We had a lovely time at Falmouth Tides. The location is excellent, right on the water with a private beach, great swimming with its own dive deck and water mats and paddle boards. It’s at the center of town, walking distance to ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and nice restaurants and bars. It doesn’t have its own restaurant, but there’s a great coffee stand for light breakfast fare (try to go early, it gets very busy and slow). The rooftop deck is gorgeous especially for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. everyone was professional and respectful. We loved our stay and would return! Also dog friendly which was huge for us.
